Founded in 2018, Topp Tier Basketball was established for the purpose of developing young people in Howard County and surrounding areas into athletes capable of analyzing and reflecting on the game of basketball at a high level in order to grow into well-rounded individuals. 

Our goal is to provide a structured environment that is centered around teamwork, learning, growth, and fun!
